can daughter's H4 stamping done in India while my H1B stamping is in Canada

Hi All,

       I need your expert advice. My wife and I are canadian PR and applied for H1B and H4 stamping in Toronto. However my daughter didn't become PR in time to apply for her H4 in Canada. Is it going to be a problem if we apply for her H4 in India as she is still an Indian citizen? My concern is "in H1B application we selected Toronto as the consulate (for stamping) and worried that changing consulate by going to India may create problem"?. I am really torn. Please advise
