Got f1 from us university when in USA do i need to stamp

Hello,

I was in USA for 2 years under H4 Visa, and later i applied for a University for MS -IT and got CPT option, Can i travel to india this time and do i need to stamp for F1 visa in chennai embassy or my I20 is ok to reenter USA.
