Urgent plzzz regarding H1 denial and Sevis expiry

On sep 6 i got an h1 denial notice and unfortunately my sevis is also expired on same day right now i am in 60 dayz grace period what is an option for me

I am planning for new university but i am not having sevies in active state

and i do had f1 stamping till 2014
