I797 Related Clarification Required !!!

Question

My visa has been approved by USCIS. The I797 is valid till Dec'2013 which is due to the fact that client has the SOW only till Dec'2013.

1) So, does that mean I will need to get my Visa extended in Dec'2013 ? How soon can I do that ?

2) What if the SOW is not extended by the client ?

3) Can I move into a differenr project before that and apply for extension with the new SOW ?

Yes you need to go for extension in Dec 2013. If SOW is not extended you need to document new project and apply for extension.
