H1b Duration 20 days Left, Port Of Entry Related

Due to some family emergency i had to stay more than 6 months in India.I have another 23 days left in my H1b Visa.If i come back to usa is there any issue at the port of entry ?

You can enter into US no issues. There won't be any issues in POE.  But you will get I 94 only for 23 days. Is your extention is already in process ? . In that case there wont be any issues other wise you have very less number days to file your extension.
