H1 to H4 what steps should I take

Hi,

I am on H1b… Its been 3 months I am not on project.

Now I want to go back on H4 as dependent… but I dont have 3 months paychecks.

Could you plese let me know how should change my status H1b to H4??

You can safely switch back to H4 without pay stubs. All you need is your spouse valid H1 approval notice while applying for H4
