OWKING ON H4 FOR INDIAN COMPANY NOT US

Question

I am going on H4 currently in my work we have provision to have from any locations. My current organzation gave go ahead from US as per Indian timing I have to work from home.

Could you please let me if, it is acceptable on H4 as, I am working for Indian company not US. Even, my company has  branch in US but I have to apply separately on  those job positions if, selected they will sponsor H1b visa .

Please advise hope if, I found employer who can sponsor my H1B  visa while  working for India company on H4 from  home  will that work exp. till that date will have no issues . 

**For instance : I am moving in October end & if, in 2013 or 2014 any organization sponsor H1b visa till that period Indian work exp. on H4 wouldnt be any issue as per US Laws. Hope I can show full work ex.

As far as you don't recieve any pay check from them and have no record for salary credits in US account your fine :) until u change the status from H4 to H1B .
