How long does it take to get the H1 B transfer receipt (not approval) for PP?

A new employer has filed for H1B transfer and I am hoping to start work for them as soon as I get the receipt. My question was howlong does it take to get the H1 B transfer receipt (not approval) for premium processing.

You get your receipt number with 3 to 4 working days under preminum processing.
