Hi… My H1B VISA was initiated early this year. Its been told to me by my employer that my petition has been filed. But ever since, when i ask about the status, i am told that it is awaiting h1b-lottery. How do i get to know current status? If my petition is filed, would there be a reference number to track if my petition is slected in lottery and further ?
