I have passport appointment tomorrow. As already mentioned, as a addres proof I have voter Id and Eaadhar. Do i require anyother documents for address or as id proof?I have heard the Voter ID should be older than 1 year But Mine got updated this year(Mar-2014)… I am not sure about whether they will accept Eaadhar card. So anybody care to help me here.

>> Voter Voter card is enough as address proof provided your complete address is mentioned on Id card. Eaadhar is also acceptable with original aadhar card challan as suplementary proof.

>> As per GOI directive any address proof with last one year is enough. Since you don’t have proof for 1 year you need an affidavit type “I” from notary and proof of your residency for last 1 year. Complete police verification on all the places you resided in last one year will be done.
