H1B visa stamping - new delhi- Degree problem

Question

I have my visa stamping interview at New Delhi Embassy.

But i donot have degree certificate from college.

i only have provisional and final transcript.

will it work or final degree is a must ?

Degree is mandatory. But you have have the supporting documents and explain the Visa officer. No issues.
