L1 H1 Visa related query ................

Hi , My consultant is processing H1 for 2012 and i got the receipt number. But now , my employer is processing L1 . Is it legal to go L1 stamping while your H1 is approved or under processing.

Please help me.

IF your H1 is under processing you can go for L1. No issues. if your pettition approved while you go for L1 stamping, you may need to answer the Visa officer's questions.
