File# not received for H1B filed on 5th June

My employer has filed my H1B on 5th June. but I am yet to receive the petition number.. I checked with our Visa team they are telling that they are following up with USCIS...

Is there any way I myself get track my Visa application status and get the File#.. Mine was filed on California...

Even i dint get the receipt number. My petition filed on June 1st. My employer says they are yet to receive the number :( i don have any clue when we will get :(

You Employer or Attorney can call up USCIS and check I believe.

Check the USCIS website where they give contact details..

Immediately ask your employer to contact uscis as 60 days have crossed and you shoul have got your receipt number
