H1B transfer from A to B but I-94 is valid till April 2013

Hi

I am transfering my H1b from A to B but Currently i have I-94 valid till April 2013...

Now when i apply for transfer and if B is applying for extenstion till 2014...

and i again go to India before 2014 for marriage and all...

Do i need to go for stamping again ?

I have a fear they may reject my H1b since the B company i am switching is a consultancy company and job is not full time it is on contract....

Please confirm....Thanks in advance...
