Is appearing in PMP exam is allowed during B1 visit in US?

During my B1 trip last year, I appeared for PMP certification in US itself, so my certification date is falling within my stay dates there. Is that permitted per B1 rules by USCIS? can it create any question/issue for h1b visa stamping?

B1 rules states that you are not allowed to work as developer.It is meant for taking KT or giving KT , meeting etc. There is no rules says that you Should NOT and as well as You Should for certification purpose. So it should not create any problem for you. You no need mention explicitly that you did your exam during ur B1 unless it is specifially asked to you.
