h1b transfer time from employer x to employer y

Question

Once i started working for h1b Sponser Employer X, do i have to stick  to X employer for 3 months to trasffer to new employer Y?

is there any specific of time period to stay with H1b sponsor.

shall i change as soon as i complete 1st month from EmployerX to Y.
