Anyone got approved H1b filed on 27th April 2012 with WAC##

Question

On What basis they are doing this. Its been more than 3 months now and I have not recieved any notification from them.

I have'nt heard of anyone filed on 27th April and got H1B approved from WAC## Centre.

Has anyone on this forum has the same case as mine.

Normal processing takes 2 to 4 months to send out the decision. Hopefully you can expect by this month end, if all the docs are clear and up to the expectation of the visa officer. Please visit out H1B tracker section to have more idea.There are many people who are still in the initial review and filled in the month of April 2012.

Even mine is filed on 25th April 2012. Still it is in Intial Review status.

Mine was filed on Apr 9th,WAC. Still in initial review.

Is there any progress on your H1B file status? It is completing almost 4 months on 25th Aug. I am worried as it is still with 'Initial Review' status.
