H 4 visa got rejected for wife

my wife went to mumbai consulate for H4 visa stamping but got rejectd. We did a register marriage and we dont have any photos of hindu rituals we performed. she asked for the translator and translator was asking for photos of rituals like saat fere and all but we dont have any photographs. Please help me what to do on this. And when I can reapply for H4 again.
