H1B - Pink Slip Delhi processing time

Question

Hi all,

I recently applied for a stamp at New Delhi and got a pink slip which requested a set of documents from me - resume, description of past research etc..I am going to send these documents to the email. My question is:

1) Does the email give you a reply saying documents ok?

2) How long does this processing usually take - ive heard 3/4 weeks on average but for some people...stories are scary?

Hi

Normally you won't get any reply for that email :( . If you are provided with the Case number you can check with embassy after some time,There is no time limit for the processing. Maybe you recieve the notification in a month time. There is no other way to track you processing except to wait :(.
