My L1 visa expiring in July 30th 2013. Next year my company is planning to apply H1B.

Could you please clarify below question regarding L1 to H1B

If my company apply change of status L1 to H1 is it possible if I get the H1B approval before July 30th 2013 can I continue working on H1 immediately?

No. You can not start work before OCT-1 on H1b
