H1B application paystub necessary

My wife is doing unpaid internship with a company on OPT which expires in June 2014. One IT consultant has agreed to do her H1B under Master’s quota this year.

  1. The consultant requires 3 Paystubs - How can we provide this if she is doing an unpaid internship? Will not providing it increase the chance of RFE?

  2. In future , if she needs to work for another employer , will she need paystubs for H1B transfer?

  3. My wife I-94 electronic record says D/S under Validity date . What does this mean ?

  4. Should I apply for her change of status from F1 to H4 , incase she does not get ino the lottery?
