having an H4 impacts L1 Stamping while being in India??

Hi,

My husband has his H1B Visa ready. My company is figuring out if they can apply for a L1 Visa for me. If they are not able to, then I will have to go on a H4 Visa with him. My question is can I get an H4 Visa now and wait for the clarity on L1..and if my company approves it .....Would having an H4 Visa already impact my L1 stamping in anyways.
