h1b work visa eligibility for british diploma holders

Question

Hi All, i am an experienced software developer from india having 7.7 years of professional work experiences from diff well known companies. I don't have a bachelor or master degree. I hold HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA IN SOFTWARE ENGINEERING certificate from EDEXCEL FOUNDATION , UK. this diploma is a 2 year regular diploma. So my education is like 10 yrs (high school) + 2 yrs (pre university) + 2 yrs (this HND Diploma). Am i eligible for applying H1B work visa ?. Kindly advice me. Many thanks....
