H1B Tracker has lot of people with "Initial Review" status

Hi Saurabh,

I see that lot of people in the H1B tracker has status as "Initial Review". Initially I assumed that based on seniority(# of days ago petition filed), it is getting approved.

But now it looks like few have got it approved eventhough they filed just few days ago and not even theirs were Preminum processing.

I have already completed 3 months(90) days and still shows as "Initial Review". Please share some information on how long it might take for EAC12144.... for the status to change? Mine is regular processing.

Kin,

It is not based the seniority of the filled date. Some application require additional processing whereas other may not based the employer, client,etc. There are so many factors which decides the processing time and it is not known to outside world. In general it takes 2 to 5 months for normal processing.

It has been close to 5 months completion since I applied for VISA, today(18sep) I have got a RFE.
Though I have enrolled for email update, I did not receive any email from USCIS.
Please let me what details might have been requested in RFE to my attorney??
