L1B to H1B conversion - willl be concern if H1B started and not joined yet

Question

I am on L1B visa. Another consultant company has sponser H1B (I-797 A approved copy).

H1 B i-94 start date is already started 6 monhs back. still i haven't join company.

will it be any concern on visa status?

if consultant company find any project then do i need LCA again?
