H1 VISA Transfer and H4 Transfer

Hi Saurabh,

Thank you for all the information you are providing in this forum.

 

I need your advice i my case.

i am with company A and I've applied for H1 transfer to company B in pemimum processing. after submiting documents to USCIS my wife came to USA on Company A VISA. before we submit the documents to USCIS the transfer approved by USCI. now what is her status and options available now to proceed with her H4 status.

 

she had a valid VISA and I94 till end of 2014, but these are with company A.

 

Please Advice.
