As refer my previous question(http://redbus2us.com/qa/397/h1-b-visa-221-g-refusal-notice-regarding?show=445#a445). My petitioner is not responding/updating me any status regarding this.
My another questions are:
1) My wife having H1B. Can I avail the H4 visa and travel with her?
2) While filling DS160 for H4, Do I have to mention "yes" for the question "Is your visa rejected before". If so, does it affect my H4 visa?
3) If H4 granted, can I change my status[COS] from H4 to H1 and work from there with this approved petition for another client in this year itself?
4) While the H1 docs has been sent back to USCIS for review, can the same petitoner/ new petitioner can file a cap - exempt petition for me?
