H1B - Can I put in a request for premium processing after RFE is answered?

Hi,

My company had applied for an H1B for me, which was filed with USCIS
Now the status showed Request for Evidence Response Review.
On June 15, 2012, we received your response to our request for evidence. 

Is it possible to convert this petition to the premium mode now?

I believe H1B petition can be upgraded to Premium Processing at any time.
