Processing Date is before filed date, but H1B visa status is still in IR

Hi Experts,

My h1b application got selected in lottery and it is still in intial review status. hwen i checked the porcessing dates in https://egov.uscis.gov, it was showing the date as “10th April 2013”.

Doest it mean that the application received on 8th April 2013 is already porcessed?

If yes, how many days will be taken to update status in online?

Application recived date: 8th April 2013

Case No: EAC1314*****

Status : Initial Review

Field Office: Saint Albans VT

Service Center: Vermont Service Center

Is any body on same boat?

Even same case with me, they have recieved the petition on 8th April and processing date is showing 22nd April but status is still IR.
