LCA filed on June 8th. DO I stand any chance?

Question

I have sent all the documents to the lawyers and they are preparing my petition. I am on H4 currently!

 

I already know its too late but I guess I will know for sure when USCIS releases numbers.

has anyone received LCA approval filed on or after 1st of June.Mine was filed on 1st of June. No updates yet.

Yes.. applied LCA on June 4th.. and received on Friday June 8th EOD.

At what time on 8th did you recieve the reply. Even I applied on 1st of June. No response yet.

I was hoping that my LCA (filed on 4th) getting approved today. After seeing "1st of June", I have little hope.
