L1 Rejected, H1B filed. Will there be a problem?

My L1 visa was rejected on Jan 2012 with a reason "Not clearly approvable" in blue sheet. Now my company has filed a H1B petition for me on June.

Will there be a problem for me in getting H1B approved?

Generally, there won't be impact of one VISA denial on another VISA's outcome.

Your L1 rejection might affect your H1B petition only if the reason for rejection was misrepresentation of facts.
