I want to know whether I am eligible for any IT related jobs in USA. Either its Middle Management or any.

Education - B.com and MBA-Finance

Experiance - 18yrs IT Management Experiance like HEAD IT in Manufacturing Industries.

Did some DBA and VB and other IT certifications.

Your education and work exp are in line with H1b requirements.As such you are elgible for a H1b as long as you can find an employer willing to sponsor your visa.
