Current status-2013 regular H1B Cap count as on June 8th 4:00 PM?

Hi,

 

I have sent my docs to one of my employer and they probably sent it to Lawer for his review today. Once he reviewd today,

1]. How much time will it take to send the doc from him to file petition.

2]. Is 2013 regular H1B Cap count as on June 8th 4:00 PM is still available?

3]. Any useful web url to see the remaining Visa status till the previous day? i.e day by day status.

1. Depends upon how quickly they process. It depends upon your attorney

2. No one knows. Wait for USCIS update on Monday

3. USCIS doesn't publish day to day count. The weekly updates are available on USCIS website on redbus2us blog.
