New H1B memorandum, New H1B rules 2010 by USCIS – Youtube Video

I have stumbled upon this youtube video  that expalins about the New H1B rules that were released by USCIS in January 2010. If you do not know what I am talking about:

New H1B filing and visa guidelines were released as a Memorandum by USCIS in January 2010 and these are the additional  guidelines for H1B petition filing for 2011 quota or any extensions that are further filed by USCIS.
